Hey all,
We recently got our first ArubaOS-CX switch in (Aruba 6300) and I'm having trouble getting our old Cisco 7960 IP phones working properly after the following commands:
cdp enable
vlan 5
vlan 10
voice
int 1/1/1
no shutdown
no routing
vlan trunk native 5
vlan trunk allowed 5,10
power-over-ethernet pre-std-detect
exit
At first, the phones will come up fine, and the access port will work and be on the correct VLAN for a desktop connected to the phone. However, after a couple of minutes, the phones will then revert to, "Configuring IP," and never move past that. The connected desktop still works fine. It's as if some timer expired relevant to the phone's VLAN/connectivity. The only relevant log I can see are these lines repeating (1/1/48 is the untagged vlan1/trunk/uplink port):

Anyone run into this? Am I not configuring a VoIP port correctly for ArubaOS-CX?
