Clearpass Guest : equivalent of "auto_update_account" field for guest devices?

    Hello all,

    When using Clearpass Guest Self-registration, if a user tries to register a device mac address that already exists in the guest device repository (expired or not),  how can we allow that registration to complete and just overwrite the existing entry?

    Right now  we get this error:

    "There was a problem creating the guest user account, please contact your network administrator for assistance (This username is already in use)"


    I see there is an auto_update_account field for guest "Accounts" (and it is set to a non-zero value) but it does not work as we need to do this for guest "devices". 

    Any help will be appreciated.
