    Good day,

This is with regards to trying to setup with an existing HP Aruba Physical Controller.

Currently we setup our ALE server to use "IAP" as source when we configured it:

The other option is "Controller" as source.

Does this mean we need to setup a SEPARATE ALE server to use "Controller" as source? Because there can only be 1 choice (radio button).

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Jeffrey

ALE can run in 1 mode (context, estimated)  and with 1 source type (controller, IAP).

    Thank you for your reply.

So if I understood you correctly this means I need

1 ALE server for IAP as source.

another 1 ALE server for controller as source.

    Best regards,

    Jeffrey

If you need to support both IAP and Controller sources, or different modes, yes multiple instances/servers of ALE support that scenario.
