So one of the IAP 305 in getting connected to Airwave but it is not getting config from VC, it does show up in Airwave but not showing any SSID.

I do work when it is connected to switch on radio link but if the same switch is connected to fiber connection. Also, check port config nothing changed in it. The IAP doesn't work also done reset also tested with another IAP still same.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

for IAPs to join a VC or the instant cluster, they need to be on the same subnet/VLAN and the auto-join  mode is enabled on the VC.

The IAP and VC the both are on the same subnet/VLAN and the auto-join mode is enabled on the VC.

We had this issue on two sites, creating a ticket with HPE Aruba for support.

Do you think it could be routing-related I mean how standard IAP is routing back to VC?
