I am configurign Virtual CPPM version 6.8.0 and after I upload the root CA, the CPPM gives me the following error "Error in processing request. Please retry..." when i tried to access the service , Authentication Methods or Source. I want to restor the configuration back to its previous but I am unable to access the server to restore it.
I believe the error might be related to CA incompatibility....but not 100% on that.
There any way around to resolve this issue?

If you believe this to be a certificate issue, you can try and reset the server certificate from the CLI.
Another thing I have observed while I tried to login via appadmin after the error, the console closed automatically after it verifies the username and password.
with that added symptom, I suggest you open a TAC case.
