what kind of configuration we did from airwave to IAP's.
1- Can we reboot any IAP from Airwave
2- Can we reboot or dis associate any user from IAP from Airwave.
You can reboot all the APs in an Instant network (via the master AP's manage page), but currently you cannot reboot individual APs from Airwave.
Airwave does not currently support disassociating users on Instant.
actually i'd performed reboot IAP activity couple of day back with Airwave 7.4 but this function is disable in 7.3.8 (32-Bit).
Yes, that feature was added in 7.4.
can you share the updated feature of 7.4 aspecially related to IAP's?
What kind of configuration we performed from Airwave? please explain in length or share any document
Here are the Instant related features in the 7.4 release notes (available at support.arubanetworks.com):

AMP now supports Aruba Instant firmware version 126.96.36.199-188.8.131.52 which contains configuration templateupdates. Multi-platform image upgrade is now supported for Aruba Instant 184.108.40.206-220.127.116.11_30206.
Aruba Instant uptime is now tracked.
IAPs in an Aruba Instant implementation can be rebooted all at once in AMP.
