I have a problem with 'Bill of materials' when I selected it, the error show 'Internal Server Error.'
I've never used it before so i don't know it work or not.
Unfortunately, I still don't understand the problem completely. Are we talking about Bill of materials in Visual RF?
Yes, I use Virsual RF in AirWave 8.2.2.

Though I would recommend opening a TAC case to identify exact issue but I have seen this in the past as well. Even I faced a similar issue in my ACDX exam (was using a laptop provided at the exam facility) and this remained unresolved until the end of the exam.
It is usually more of an end device issue rather than Airwave/Visual RF. Contacting Aruba TAC will be your best bet.
Yes, please open a support case. It would also help to understand if when you try to generate the Bill of Materials, if there's any crash in the logs:
I have seen this error if your reports have extensive graphs. Are you trying to export CSV or PDF? In my case, TAC asked me to remove some attributes from the report that were generating graphs!

What version of AirWave the server is on? The issue can be due to resources on any crash in VisualRF. Best to have TAC case opened and look at the logs. Have you tried with another browser/PC to make sure its not client side issue?
I tried to go to the TAC page, but I'm getting a cert error. I'm in AMP 188.8.131.52.
Airwave 184.108.40.206 is atleast 1.5 years old build. There may be some bugs in the past. Is there an option you can upgrade to 220.127.116.11 and then to latest 18.104.22.168? I do not see this issue in my lab 8.2.9 or 22.214.171.124.
W.r.t to TAC page, sorry to hear that and alternate way is to call 1800 WiFi LAN (1-800-943-4526) and get a TAC resource to check on the logs.
Please note that your current Airwave version is end-of-support.

Its a known issue in 126.96.36.199 code, BOM report is failing due to missing visualrf folder under /var/tmp directory. We need to manually create visualrf directory and provide full permission for BOM report to work.
We need root access to shell to make changes, please open TAC ticket, it is always recommanded to stay on latest code, current latest version is 188.8.131.52.
Is the issue fixed in the 184.108.40.206 build?
Yes, it works on latest code.
