How to bring up the RAP3 ?

    Hi, 

     

    In order to bring up the RAP 3 what are all the configuration needed on the controller? I have configured the RAP3 mac-address on the Remote AP whitelist, created a VPN pool, given IKE shared secret. Apart from this do we need any other configuration on the controller? Please share us any document or screenshot on how to provision the RAP3 from the controllers point of view? 

     

    Currently the RAP3 comes up on the controller for 2 minutes and then goes away.

    Make sure you have AOS 6.2 and up

    Configured IP local pool
    Configure the ap-group with the VAP(s) and with controller lms IP the rap can reach
    Make sure you have necessary licenses
    Add the MAC address of the rap in the rap whitelist

    If it comes up for two minutes, make sure you do not have an lms-ip configured in the ap system profile
