    Hi Support 

    I need to know whether my Aruba Clear pass C2000 DL20 Gen9 appliance can support Latest Software 6.9 from Aruba currently our Firmware is 6.8.6 ,as per our Partner based support they mention below content .These server we order on june 2019 only within 2 years how it will not support the firmware upgrade 


    As per discussion with Aruba TAC Clearpass server model C2000 (DL20 Gen9) can only be upgraded to Firmware version 6.8.7 which is the current stable version and 6.9 versions are not supported. Firmware Upgrade of the Clear Pass Policy Manager will mitigate most of the vulnerabilities. This upgrade activity requires 90 mins of downtime. Please let us know when can this be scheduled so we can further proceed.
