AirWave Management Platform 8.2.8.2 - upgrade

    I want to upgrade my AirWave Management Platform 8.2.8.2, to the last version.
    However I don't remember my ampadmin password to login to the CLI.

    When I go to the console of my VM, I tried login in with user: amprecovery pswd: recovery, but this does not let me in.

    I'm able to login to the GUI, but I don't see any options to reset the passwords to get on the cli for the upgrade.

    Did you change amprecovery password during upgrade or installation?
    Default password is recovery, if it still throwing same error with default password, open TAC ticket. TAC needs to get in to rescue mode and reset password.
