What should I verify before changing a PS?  to avoid creating an issue by having modules reboot.

tried looking at this doc but it seems to lack the troubleshooting aspect of how to check the power draw first before changing a PS.

    Sh system power-supply detail

It will give you the info on Power Consumption,  If the total Consumption less than 2750 Watts, you can replace the PSU. If its more, then it means second PSU is also providing power to modules or AP,
