1 year support for licenses

    Hi,

     

    I would like to know what the following support are for?

     

    SN1-LIC-AP

    SN1-LIC-PEFNG

    SN1-LIC-RFP

     

    We are buying controllers plus licenses from our vendor and the quote includes NBD support for the hardware (which i understand the purpose), and incudes support ofr the licenses. I'm not sure what you need the support for licenses for, but can someone please enlighten me?

    Software updates as well as TAC support for those features.

    so it means the support for the controller itself (SN1-7210) is only for HW related support?

    Any software related support comes with the license support?
