    Hi!

We have several Aruba JL357A 2540-48G-PoE+-4SFP+ switches in our network running revision YC.16.08.0001, ROM YC.16.01.0002.

"Show system temperature" command is not available.

How do I display the current temperature on these switches?

Hi! IIRC Aruba 2540 Switch Series doesn't expose chassis temperature via CLI or GUI: I'm not sure there is any temperature sensor at all...

    Thank you for your reply.

Can someone confirm if 2540 series has a temperature sensor, or not?

    Hello ,

Currently this model doesn't support Show System Temperature command, if you like to monitor the temperature of the device means, you need to use NMS and SNMP MIBs can be downloaded from below link

    https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JL357A

And related to Temperature sensor, you may need to log case with HPE support guys. Since its related to product specification support team will help you to confirm .
