Hi Smelias,
Was this switch conencted to a different Aruba Central tenant?
- Remove the device in Central (possible when its offline).
- Remove the licence in Central/Greenlake
- Remove the switch from the Central/Greenlake device list (can only be archived).
- Connect in to the new Aruba Central tenant.
If not works i have to work with Aruba TAC support to free the device.

Subject: 2930M Blocked by Central?
We have a 2930M switch we're trying to onboard in Aruba Central (it was previously part of Aruba Central prior to the Greenlake migration).
Now when onboarding to the new Greenlake Central we see an error message that says it's blocked by Central. TAC agrees it's a bug however they haven't come back with a solution after several weeks.
Has anyone encountered this or any suggestions. We need to deploy to a new site and time is running out.
