Controllerless Networks

I currently have RADIUS servers for WiFi login and wired mac auth. Is it possible to set up Mac authentication so that if it fails, it allows devices in by default instead of locking them out. The Mac auth is used more to prevent people from connecting their own random devices rather than true security.

The initial role in the AAA profile assigned to that port decides what ACLs will be applied to unauthenticated users or users who fail authentication.
