I wanted to reach out to the community and see if anyone has seen this issue on there switchgear. We setup 3 new 5412Rs and configured them for management and then we added them to Solarwinds. After we added them to Solarwinds we noticed that Solarwinds was unable to check the hardware status of the new switches. I confirmed that SNMP was configure correctly, but still nothing. We downgraded firmware to be consistent with all of our other switches to 15.18.13 and the hardware status showed up correctly. I just wanted to see if anyone has seen this issue before.
