Can you check if you have any expired certificates (most specific mapped to the WebUI)?
If so, remove those and map the WebUI/Captive-Portal/other to still valid certificates.

Subject: 8.10.0.13 GUI Inaccessible
Has anyone experienced issues with accessing the web GUI after updating to 8.10.0.13? I have two 7280 controllers which I updated to 8.10.0.13 from 8.10.0.9. They both take the update; however, after the update one of the controller's GUI fails to load. Doing a "show web-server statistics" shows active and accepted connections. Downgrading the controller back to 8.10.0.9 allows the GUI to be accessible again.
The reason for updating to this release was hopes that it would fix an issue related to not sending Radius/TACACS requests and syslog messages out the mgmt port...which still seems to be not working after the update.
