Hello,
every networking device that supports snmp can be managed by iMC to some extent. If you want to take advantage of device configuration backups and software upgrade of the devices via iMC, you can try adding the sysoid of the device to the ICC adapter for the device vendor. For Avaya, please navigate to iMC\server\conf\adapters\ICC\Avaya and open the adapter-index.xml file and add (if not contained in the file) the sysoid of your Avay device to that file, like my example below:

Then restart iMC.
I cannot guarantee that this will work in your case, but it's worth it the try.
Thank you,
Best Regards,

Subject: Adding AVAYA 3510GT-PWR+ into iMC 7.3
Hello, everyone,
I have a problem to insert our AVAYA 3510GT-PWR+ switches into our iMC.
The iMC version used is 7.3.
I would like to be able to manage the switches completely. Create backups and import new software versions. iMC should have read and write permissions for the AVAYA switches.
Can someone tell me what I have to do and explain this to me?
Thanks very much!
