I would have a look outside of the Aruba equipment. You may try to do a packet capture on the client and analyze the traffic.
One thing that may be causing this is if you have a firewall or transparent proxy that does HTTPS or SSL inspection. That breaks the security and may break the validation of applications if that traffic is SSL inspected.

Hello All!
I am having some issues with devices set up on my student network accessing the adobe creative cloud suite. Each time I am receiving an error which states "we can't verify your subscription status. We cant reach the adobe servers." I have whitelisted all suggested urls on our firewall as well. Has anyone received this issue before or maybe some heads up on how to resolve?
