I am having some issues with devices set up on my student network accessing the adobe creative cloud suite. Each time I am receiving an error which states "we can't verify your subscription status. We cant reach the adobe servers." I have whitelisted all suggested urls on our firewall as well. Has anyone received this issue before or maybe some heads up on how to resolve?
I would have a look outside of the Aruba equipment. You may try to do a packet capture on the client and analyze the traffic.One thing that may be causing this is if you have a firewall or transparent proxy that does HTTPS or SSL inspection. That breaks the security and may break the validation of applications if that traffic is SSL inspected.
Thank you for your response Herman. After doing some troubleshooting on a few of our AP's I came to the same conclusion that it was outside the Aruba devices. I will certainly look into your suggested solutions. Thank you once again.
