    Hi Folks,

    Today we have observed issue on airwave , clients graph showing zero clients while when we check on cli there were user showing connected.

    Please help in this , what could be the issue?

    This could have multiple causes.

    What version of AirWave are you using?
    Client Graph is displayed from which Infra? Wireless? What version of code are you using here?
    Only Client Graph which is showing no Clients? Are Devices reported as up?

    Yes devices are up.

    Have you seen in the Release Notes that there are some Fixes related to that issue?

    DE36110 - The AirWave home page displayed incorrectly a sharp drop on client graph at least once a day.

    DE36352 - AirWave displayed high memory usage and an outdated client count.

    I would suggest to Update AirWave to the latest Release 8.3.0.3

    What version of Code are you running in the Wireless environment?
    Instant / Controller?

    Which AOS Software Version are you using on the Controller?
