    Hello, Would anyone know the way to automate deletion of devices that are reported in RAPIDS? Customer is not fussy if it is based on age or list size. Thanks in advance.

    Cleanup is part of the nightly maintenance routine.  Some settings to be aware of:

     

    1) AMP Setup -> General -> nightly maintenance

    This is time when nightly maintenance begins to run daily

    2) AMP Setup -> General -> Historical Data Retention -> Rogue AP Discovery

    This is deletion of discovery events - value needs to be greater than the Delete Rogues setting

    3) RAPIDS -> Setup -> Delete Rogues not detected for X days

    This governs deletion of rogues that are no longer seen

     

    If you want to blank out all rogues to start fresh, you can set Delete Rogues =0, and then HDR:Rogue AP Discovery =1.  This does well to flush the RAPIDS table.  And then reset it back to desired values afterwards.
