    Hi Everyone,

Airwave 8.3.0.3 managing 1000 APs, customer security team requested to disable TLS 1.1 , when I do that , more than 40% of my APs go offline.

different APs models and version and didn't find a common dominator , anything I can do on the APs to resolve ?

    Thanks

Is that with Instant APs? Or controller based? I assume the first as controller based APs don't communicate to central.

The APs are running recent firmware?

I would run a Wireshark/tcpdump on the traffic to your Airwave (or from an AP that has issues) and see if the TLS setup/negotiation shows something interesting. But it may be better to have a look together with TAC as they are used to read packet captures or they have other methods to find what's wrong.
