Airwave 8.3.0.2 Issue with Instant 6.5.4.21?

    Hi,

    We have a customer that we recently upgraded their Airwave to version 8.3.0.2 and since then one of their instant clusters that is running version 6.5.4.21 has stopped communicating with Airwave.

    The instant cluster is operating as expected but stopped communications with Airwave.

    Reading the supported device matrix for Airwave version 8.3.0.2 seems to suggest that it remains compatible with instant 6.5.4.x.

    I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

    Please open a TAC case. It is supported and probably an issue with restart of service.
