Airwave SNMP Issue - Unable to add instant ap

    Hi All

     

    Airwave server version 8.2.2.1 installed on Hyper-V.

    I'm trying to add  Instant Access Points to airwave.

    I can ping the access points from airwave.I can snmp walk the access points from a external snmp walker. When I discover the subnet I can discover other snmp devices like the switches but not the Instant Acces points.When I snmp walk the instant access point from airwave I get some errors:

     

    Undefined OBJECT-GROUP (dot11PhyFHSSComplianceGroup): At line 2353 in /usr/local/airwave/share/snmp/mibs/ieee80211.mib

    and then it returns some walk data and the stops walking with the following error:

     

    Error: OID not increasing: RFC1213-MIB::ipAdEntAddr

    You are not supposed to add instant via SNMP.  Please see a number of ways on how to add instant to Airwave in the document here:  http://community.arubanetworks.com/aruba/attachments/aruba/SoftwareUserReferenceGuides/56/1/DeployingInstantInAirWave.pdf
