    (MMaster) [mac-address] #mdconnect

    Redirecting to Managed Device Shell
Permission denied: wrong username or password

Where do I set this? I'm not sure why I'm getting this error and want configuration access on the md.

First. All configuration need to be done from de mobility master.

Second. Check your priviledge level of your user account on the mobility master.

What version of AOS 8.3 are you running? Assuming not a beta version, then I would agree with MKK and suggest checking permissions for your mgmt-user account that you used to connect to the MM.

Thank you for the responses. I do understand confguration happens at the MM. However, I was running into a command that was telling me to run mdconnect. When I ran it I was getting the error.

I don't see a role on the upper-right and I logged in with the admin account but still get the error when doing mdconnect.

    Thanks

My bad, the upper-cornet thing is in the Clearpass GUI.

I dont no why you got a connection error when use default admin account.
