We have a number of AP's plugged into a Cisco C29060X.

We're getting a number of port flap messages:

Tracing back the mac of the host flapping, it looks like it belongs to Aruba...trying to troubleshoot why this is happening.  Thanks in advance!!

    Hi,

Could you please let us know the AP model and AOS version?
    Output of 'show ap debug system-status ap-name <AP Name>'.
What is the power, speed and duplex negotiated by AP from switch port?
    Any changes on the network?

The AP model is an AP-215.  AOS version 6.4.3.6

    Negotiated at 1gbps/full duplex

No changes on network, but don't know how long this has been occuring.  It's happening a number of places.

    Switch model is Cisco WS-C2960X-48FPD-L

Aruba 300 series flapping port in switch

a "mac flap" message is because the switch is seeing a packet with the same source mac address comming in on a different port (and flipping back and forth). my guess would be that you have an ap with two ports (22x or 32x) plugged into the same switch, and the two ports are not channeled together.

    Texasables,

Thanks for the suggestion.  This is an AP-215 which only has one port :-(

in your first example, what is connected on port g2/0/6 and g1/0/10, what is connected on g1/0/6 and g1/0/3?

All 4 of these ports are connected to AP-215's.
