Application licenses

    I have several CPPM servers in a cluster.  I loaded the application licenses (onguard, guest, onboard) onto the publisher and activated them.  Under the Server License Summary, the publisher IP displays the amount of licenses that we purchased for each application.  The subscribers show the current count for Policy Manager, but a zero count in red for onguard, guest, and onboard.  I'm not sure if this is normal.  If so, are these licenses pooled?  Will a subscriber be able to use these licenses and provide the services for local clients, or will the publisher be the main server for those applications?

    Those licenses are pooled between the publisher and subscribers.
