Aruba 6300M Aurwave Error (Telnet/SSH Error

    Hi all,

    We deployed our first Aruba CX Switch Mode 6300M. All of our other switches are ArubaOS models (2930f)

    When adding the 6300M to airwave, we get a SSH error for the config backup.

    Error (Telnet/SSH Error: (command timed-out) in password failure: User "airwave" has logged in 31 times in the past 30 days )

    I searched and searched but was not able to find a way to suppress this log in notification on the switch, or how to have Airwave perform a carriage return to get the cli prompt.

    Anyone know how to clear this message?

    That message indicates that the login was actually successful, but probably Airwave does not recognize it as such.

    You may need to upgrade to an Airwave version that supports the 6300M and firmware version running on it. Or, if the 6300M and firmware release is listed as supported for your Airwave version, open a TAC support call to get this investigated/addressed.
