we have 2 Aruba 7030 Controller in GUI it shows different versions in 2 partitions  in partition 1 it shows  ArubaOS 8.7.1.3 (Digitally Signed SHA1/SHA256 - Production Build
while in 2nd it shows (ArubaOS 8.7.1.10 (Digitally Signed SHA1/SHA256 - Production Build)
how to make both partitions in the same ArubaOS version.?

The current version of ArubaOS is 8.7.10  can we upgrade to the latest one and which one is the stable version for Aruba 7030 controller.
    thanks..

Seems that you have 2 questions...

To upgrade the partition, you can go to the controller's management address and perform an update.

The active partition is shown with DEFAULT BOOT next to it.

The second question requires more information.  What model of AP's do you have?
Access the release notes for the firmware on the ASP portal to validate your supported AP models.

    Greeting Support team
    thanks for reply
why it's showing 2 partitions you mention that 1 is an active partition if the active partition is in use why its showing 2 partitions actually we have to hand over the system to the customer but now they are asking why there 2 partitions with different versions.

we have 2 controllers 7030 models and APs are AP535
The customer want the latest version of ArubaOS in the controller need suggestion as to which version we have to upgrade it

    thanks
    best regards

All Aruba controllers have 2 partitions; think of the "unused" one as the failsafe in the event an upgrade goes badly.
Your local SE should be providing this information also.

As to the version, 5xx series firmware, seeing that 8.7 is installed, it's not on the Conservative (safe release track), this means that you can go to any v8.x firmware release.

Going to the latest firmware will not have any special results, I recommend reading the release notes on ASP portal for each release.
