thats right, look at the sticker at the back of the AP and it should say either AP-315 or IAP-315.
if it is AP-315, then you need to have a controller.

an Ap-315 requires a controller. An IAP-315 can operate as an Aruba Instant AP. If you have an Ap-315, it requires a controller to function.

Hello, thanks for replying. There is no controller based on the AP. The AP is connected to the POE switch to the network, but it also cannot show any SSID wifi channel to connect, so we cannot set the AP after resetting.
I don't really know the firmware version.
