What is the connection speed of your client?
What channel? What channel-width?
What is the specification of your wireless clients (in chipset, supported WiFi standard, number of spatial streams)?
If you tested with a single client, an effective throughput of 300Mbps sounds not too bad and more or less expected. If you test multiple clients on multiple APs at the same time, the total aggregated throughput will probably be more towards that 1000 Mbps.

Subject: Aruba AP-505 wifi speed problem
Hi everyone,
We have 6 Aruba 505 Access Points in our company, and we were using Vodafone internet with a speed of 100Mbps. We were able to access the internet at 100Mbps speed via Wi-Fi as well. Recently, we upgraded our Vodafone internet speed to 1000Mbps. However, our Wi-Fi speed did not increase as expected. The Wi-Fi speed, which should normally be 1000 Mbps, is currently seeing a maximum of 300Mbps. How should I proceed for a solution?
