That is not an accurate statement: "Aruba APs die with more than 15 iPads on the wifi network". I would also not put much stock into those results. Why? Two reasons come to mind after quickly reading throrugh that link:
- They used Aruba Instant with default configurations. No controller. No optimization settings. Who knows what version of Instant.
- According to the end of that whitepaper, Aruba's APs were one of the only APs not configured by the vendor's SEs; meaning they just opened the box and threw up a network without tuning anything.
There are many real world cases that would easily dispute those findings (in a properly deployed environment).
