We have a number of IAP 105/205 clusters that are showing "Aruba-Ap" SSIDs in CLI but not in GUI....
show cluster-bss
24:de:c6:bc:90:2b 0 Aruba-ap
Does anyone know if this is some sort of factory-default SSID, and can it be removed?
What version of Instant is this?
this particular site is 105 on 6.4.4.8-4.2.4.10_62611 FW
have checked and also have this on 205s, running same FW version.
Do you have spectrum enabled on any APs?
no...all APs are configured as Access under Edit Access Point/Radio/mode
We would need to open a case and obtain the tech support for your access points to determine what is going on. A software upgrade might take care of it, but we need to be sure.
OK, please could you let me know how to create a case?
Thanks

I believe that is the SSID used for the Mesh connection between APs when mesh is enabled. Do you have mesh enabled?
