Hello, when you mention 'switching windows' do you mean after filling in registration details and clicking submit, when CP pops the screen to say 'please wait while we log you in to the network' for a couple of seconds, then moves to the 'check your email' screen?
If you do, it's not just Central, and you could be seeing something similar to what we're seeing on-prem, and what someone else has posted here:

Has anyone had any luck getting aruba central capture portal with self registration /w authentication working with IPhones? This works with andriod phones however our population of iPhones are having issues switching the windows on the mobile device.
We've seen this across a number of models and IOS.
