    Hi,
I hope you are all well. I am new to Aruba Central and have a question regarding uploading my APs to it.
I have tried via the CSV file (downloaded the sample and added my serial numbers/mac addresses to it). When I go to upload it, it is coming up with an Internal Server Error

Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to try? The APs aren't live at the moment but thought I should be able to pre load them into Central to start my setup. I thought the APs would have already been listed in the account by our seller but it's only listing my 55 licences, not the APs.

    Many thanks for your help
    Jo

Hey, I can't speak for the Internal Server Error (have you tried a different browser or incognito mode as sometimes its a simple as this :D). There's a few reasons why the CSV may not work, an upload is restricted too 100 devices or to the number of available device management tokens which shouldn't be an issue in your case.

If the APs have been added to your Activate Account, you can import them via Advanced -> Using Activate and entering the credentials. The other (bit more time consuming option...) is to add them manually if you have the MAC/serials available. Or the final option is to add them via the Cloud Key but this is only suitable if the APs are online and formed a local cluster.
