for the iOS and android devices, when the user login for the first time it will redirect and stuck to a blank page. where our configuration is they must redirect to the certain URL that we already defined as redirection e.g., https://google.com or client website. As of now user will manually browse a website to any web browser application after logging in just to confirm that he successfully able to access the internet or disconnect to that certain SSID and reconnect it again (for android and iOS devices).
Is there any configuration that we can be able to config in both ClearPass end and Aruba Central to resolve this issue? or any release notes that this redirection problem is for the selected version of iOS and android devices only and how we can avoid this certain issue. as of now our firmware version for AP 505 and 503H is 220.127.116.11_85105 for ClearPass firmware version is 6.10.8.
