Problem is as follows:
The user goes through the motions of choosing an approver, entering their name+email address and then clicking register, this works. As soon as they are approved for the access and click Login, a webpage comes up stating ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. I have tested this on various devices and its doing the same.
Any advice and direction will be highly apricated
Apologies - here a more detailed description of the problem:
The Guest then clicks login, there is a few quick re-directs then the Guest browser lands on www.google.co.za (as configured)
However this does not happen and the login redirect lands the Guest on page: https://securelogin.arubanetworks.com – needless to say the Browser can't resolve this page.
Any suggested direction to take will be apricated
do you have valid certificates on Controller and on ClearPass?Did you changed the name into the name of the certificate in the Web Portal config page?

For what it is worth below the valid Certificate & the a snip of the Self Registration re-direct page - which re-directs fine no issues.
You will find it when you go to your first screenshot and select "Edit"

Yes, that is exactly the place where you put in the FQDN of the certificate
Changing the FQDN to the FQDN found on the actual 'Master / Controller AP' Certificate resolved the issue.
The FQDN on the cert from or on Clearpass is / re-directed to the Clearpass Admin page.
