Aruba CX switch is not in sync with aruba central

    The issue is that the switch shows as connected to central on the switch CLI but on the central UI it shows as offline .

    The switch firmware is 10.10.1071

    have you moved those switches to another Central account? and if you can paste the output of "show aruba-central" for those offline switches

    this is very odd, perhaps you need t contact Aruba support

    We actually had this exact thing happen.  We were not using templates on this particular set of switches, so if you are this would not be the problem.

    In order to make some changes for testing the engineer did an aruba-central disable, and forgot to enable afterwards.  Everything showed as yours does.  Just a possability.

    was the issue resolved after enabling aruba-central?

    Yes.


    As soon as we did aruba-central enable it showed back in central.  The changes that the engineer made locally did get overwritten, but that is as it should be anyhow.
