Aruba CX Switch Simulator in Hyper-v

    Hi

    Has anybody deployed the Aruba AOS-Switch on Hyper-V?

    it won't obtain ip on both the default vlan, first interface as well as the managmenet interface.

    Please share if there are any guides on how to deploy it.

    Your problem is perhaps due to security restrictions on your virtual switch which doesn't allow the change/forging of MAC addresses. 

    Did you try to enable "Enable MAC address spoofing" in the VMs Network Adapter's Advanced Feature Tab?

    Edit: I just checked the Release Notes of the simulator ... Hyper-V is not supported. Maybe you want to consider using GNS3 for this which is a great simulator environment which has already a lot of scripts/config integrated. https://gns3.com/software/download
