Aruba INSTALLERS error

    I am trying to use the Aruba installers app to add Ap to a site 

     

    I have invited my mobile, and received the SMS, installed the app but when I went to register it always says Failed to get requested user.

     

    I have tried with different mobile operator but still, I am getting the same error
