I spoke to our responsible Aruba SE as well and he told me that this is an error in the CLI administration guides! So as you said, the configuration of a Loopback Interace as well as a secondary IP-Address on an SVI is not supported on the ArubaCX 6000 and 6100 models!

try the CLI and see if the command "ip address <ip addr/mask> secondary" exists

I thinks so too! it looks that both configuration options (loopback interface and secondary IP-Address) are not available, altough they should be at least according the CLI configuration guides - e.g. for release 10.09...

firmware 10.6.x is end of support, it is best to use 10.10.x or later.
loopback interfaces are not supported in 6100 CX switches.

I´ve installed an ArubaOS-CX 6100 (JL675A) /w Version: PL.10.06.0110 and I´m wondering that there is no possibilty to configure either a Loopback Interface nor a secondary IP-Address on a SVI?
Regarding the Config Guide for 10.06 this should be possible or I´m understanding something wrong?!
