Just go to AP configuration and define SSID on this AP only. The drawback is you will be able to use this SSID only on this AP. Second option is to use REST API.
The easiest way would be to use Central Automation Studio where you can assign SSID per AP via REST API like:

Subject: Assigning one WLAN SSID to only one or two access points in a group
This question comes up a lot but is always misunderstood - yes I can configure SSIDs per AP as shown abow, but again, "how to assigning one WLAN SSID to only one or two access points"? If I have 500 APs and I need to create one special SSID only broadcasted by one AP, will I create the SSID in the group and then reconfigure 499 APs to exclude it? This is an exclude vs include question.

You can select SSIDs broadcasting on AP in per AP Device Setting on AOS10 as Ariyap.wrote in his response.

Hi,
I recommend to use zones check the video Herman Robers made about using zones ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFzPqB2Mdqw )
Add the two AP's and the SSID to the same zone, you can even assign RF settings to the zone.

Hi, wanted to know if it was possible to assign one WLAN SSID to only one or two access points in a group.
The OS in question is 10.6.0.2_90095, access points are AP-635 and management using Aruba Central.
