    I want to implement wifi authentication as shown below. I have little experience with Aruba. Please guide me on this solution.

    You're asking how to setup a captive portal using ClearPass.  Those topics are covered in the Security discussion board, where ClearPass is covered.

    If you have little experience with the solution then I'd recommend contacting your local HPE Aruba Networking account team that can recommend a qualified partner for the setup.
