authorization from Static host lists

    hi Airheads,
    i want to use a static host list as an authorization source NOT authentication.
    So in other words if MAC address belongs to a static host list called "DENY-ACCESS"  then take appropriate action.
    However i can't see this is an option in enforcement.
    Any ideas ?
