    I have a site that is crowded with other networks, and thanks to a glass atrium running through the building these other networks are quite strong in relation to my network. This is leading to quality issues. I see way too much 2.4 ghz airtime usage, and a lot of channel switching on my APs, m

    AI Insights for network showing problems caused by crowded environment.

    any more than any of my other sites, more in a day than the other sites see in a month. I am hoping that someone else has a site with a similar profile and could share what some of the best practices are in an over saturated network environment.  I can't block off the atrium and I have not had any luck contacting the IT folks for the other networks in my building. What measures can I take in my network settings to try to limit the effects of the crowding?

    The answer is usually to reduce or eliminate the usage of 2.4 GHz devices on your side.  Considering the lack of frequency in the band, trying to provide decent service to your users and also share airtime with neighbors is almost impossible.
