I am hoping that someone else has a site with a similar profile and could share what some of the best practices are in an over saturated network environment.  I can't block off the atrium and I have not had any luck contacting the IT folks for the other networks in my building. The answer is usually to reduce or eliminate the usage of 2.4 GHz devices on your side.  Considering the lack of frequency in the band, trying to provide decent service to your users and also share airtime with neighbors is almost impossible.
