BFD on HP 8206zl and HP 5406zl

    Is BFD supported on these two platforms? I'm trying to find out for a client out at a remote site to advise whether they need to implement OSPF or whether static routes with BFD will suffice. I can't find anything about it in the doco.

    Hi James,

     

    I certainly can't recall seeing anything about BFD support in the 5400 series, but my memory could be failing me... ;-)

     

    If a search of the documentation doesn't show anything, that's probably all the answer you need.
