    Hi!

We have two AP11 Aruba, and with only 10 devices connected the AP is 84% busy. Other AP11 work in another company and they with 30 connected devices are only 30% occupied. What do I do to solve this, is it a factory problem?

Hi, that AP is an InstantOn AP and you should post the question in that forum: https://community.arubainstanton.com/home

It'll be very weird that is a hardware problem and as a starting point I think you should look for interference of other devices and/or clients faulty drivers.

    I hope this helps

Indeed InstantON questions should be asked in the InstantON Forum. But this seems a more generic WiFi question.

If the 2.4GHz band is heavily used, for example there are wireless video cameras, or heavy downloads by just one or few clients, it's not uncommon that your WiFi Busy goes up to these numbers. In general, don't expect too much performance on 2.4GHz and make sure at least your important clients support and connect to the 5GHz radio to get better performance.
You may see if you can find a breakdown to what of the channel busy is WiFi and what is non-WiFi, and checking in the location with a spectrum analyzer may reveal the source. If you are in a busy area with many other WiFi networks, it's quite normal to see high channel busy. That is how WiFI works.
