Can Central Cloud and On Premise Be Used At The Same Time?

     Alright, I know how this sounds, but is Aruba On-Premise capable of working along side Aruba Central Cloud? Can you have both? Or is it one or the other.

    Would usually be one or the other. What is the requirement which you'd need to consider both?

     I work at a major site, over 400+ network devices. If the network were to go down, we can't reach Aruba Central cloud. We want a backup system, or a site system if we can't have both.
