Cannot Connect to Procurve 5406zl--Desperate for help

    I used the web interface to upload new firmware.  The switch rebooted now I cannot even connect my console cabel( Which I personally have never done on this switch).     I attempted to factory reset but I do not think it took... What can I do?   This is in a lab evnvironment but I need to get to it...  I am using a standard console cable which I use on other swtiches.   I am using hyperterm.   Not sure ,.Please help

    Do you have the right console configuration?

    Speed: 9600

    Data bits: 8

    Stop bits 1

    Parity: None

     

    Can you ping the Swtich? Did you reboot the Switch again?
